Refund Policy 

Transactional Dental provides digital marketing and web services, including paid ads, website building, and optimization services. When collecting payments from clients to pay third parties (e.g., Google for Google Ads), these payments are non-refundable. However, the services we directly provide (such as Pay Per Lead services, website building, SEO, and optimization services) are refundable under the following condition: 

– If you can prove that no valid or qualified leads were generated from our service, we will assess the situation and may issue a refund for our service fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service completion. Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Service Delivery Policy 

All services provided by Transactional Dental are digital and are delivered based on the timeline agreed upon in the service contract. 

– Paid Advertising Services (Google, YouTube, Meta, etc.): We will set up and manage your ad campaigns according to the contract specifications. Reporting on ad performance will be delivered on a regular basis. 

– Website Building & Optimization Services: Upon receiving all necessary information from the client, website design and development will be completed within the agreed timeframe, subject to any adjustments. SEO and Google Maps optimization will follow the project timeline outlined in the service agreement.

 

Return Policy and Process 

As we provide digital services, there are no physical products to return. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please contact our customer service at support@transactionaldental.com within 30 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and determine if any refunds or corrective actions are applicable based on our Refund Policy.

 

Cancellation Policy 

For paid ad services and subscriptions, cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Website development and SEO services can be canceled prior to the start of the project for a full refund of any upfront payments. Once the work has begun, refunds may only be issued for incomplete or undelivered portions of the service, subject to review.

Transactional Dental complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of digital services. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with any local regulations in their respective locations.
